Sometimes the first week of the challenge can be the easiest (because we're all fired up to make changes) or the worst (because we're pushing ourselves outside of our comfort zones), so no matter which it is for you, let's support one another by using the Comments section to check in.
How are you doing? What changes are you making? What are you learning that you can share with other challengers?
Dream.
Believe.
Work hard.
Achieve.
We CAN do this, friends! Nothing is in our way but ourselves! :)

I have learned that when I work out and stretch out regularly, I feel fabulous! I also have more energy and have much less desire to consume empty calories that undo my hard work. So glad I have a support system to share with and encourage as well! Good luck everyone!
Day 2 part 1 done!! I've got the motivation and the sore muscles!! Thanks for your accountability!!
Today is my Day 1 and I made my goals for each category: nutrition, fitness, and wellness.
Nutrition: 5-8 servings of freggies
Fitness: maintain run schedule post marathon and add in ST
Wellness: read before bed to relax
Today is day one and I am so far hitting these goals!
Onto day 2! I'm making changes as well as continuing what I have been doing... but doing it more consistently! I am taking the stairs... no matter what! I'm working out 5-6 times a week! I'm going to lose the last 20 pounds by Christmas!! We are all going to reach our goals! "Your goals - your doubts= your reality!" Let's keep up the great work, eat right, move, and have a positive attitude! We can and we WILL do this together!!
Getting more "steps" in(parking further distances from stores, work, etc), doing Leslie Sansone/elliptical trainer/4 miles in park(if it would stop raining..LOL).
Day 1 down; 89 to go... but really, it's all about a lifestyle change, right? :-)
I weighed in and am down 1 lbs. and will take it. Now to get back to my yoga... and do a bit of dog walking later this evening.
Healthier, conscious eating habits.
Walking every day (the dog needs it too!)
Yoga 4x a week.
I can do this...
Good morning! Who's ready for day #3? :) You all are doing SO incredibly well with the changes necessary to make this a lifestyle and not just a temporary difference in your daily lives! I'm so imspired by you!!
I hit the YMCA last night and did 2.5 miles on the treadmill and then floor exercises with the stability ball and light free weights. My upper arms are aching this morning so I know I was hitting some muscles I haven't in a while! All good!
Have a great day and check in when you can! :)

Just finished fire 30 of turbo fire!!! Feelong great!!!! Can't wait to keep going!!
Yeahh it is all about the lifestyle change..not only a temporary event!
Reading the food labels and making healthier choices is tough. Healthy eating is alot more work then I expected. Every bone in my body hurts :) Keep up the great work everyone and never give up!
Checking in to say I'm still on track! I won't have an official weigh in until my WW meeting on Sunday morning, but my home scale is showing a loss, so that's great!
Yesterday I did MAJOR 'fall cleaning', which was my exercise. Today I work 8-2 on my feet, so that will "count a little". Eating has been going well, despite raging PMS(lol). Pass More Snickers.
For last week I did really well on my eating until Sunday. My daughter moved in with us and arrived home Friday. I was pretty overwhelmed by the changes and my husband made pulled pork. I generally just have the smoked pork with no sauce but I had sauce. I worked out last week 5 days. I kept my food journal via myfitness pal (PamSchill). I did it every day and was under but yesterday. Back on the wagon for week 2. Thought I was doing pretty good at not letting stress get me down.
