My daughter moved in with us and arrived home Friday. I was pretty overwhelmed by the changes and my husband made pulled pork. I generally just have the smoked pork with no sauce but I had sauce. I worked out last week 5 days. I kept my food journal via myfitness pal (PamSchill). I did it every day and was under but yesterday. I also have more energy and have much less desire to consume empty calories that undo my hard work. So glad I have a support system to share with and encourage as well!
