So you've seen the results I've had with Vtrim Online weightloss program these past 10 weeks and I know you must have some questions about what the program is that would be best answered by the Vtrim folks themselves! Please leave any questions you have about the Vtrim program in the Comments to this post. Out of the questions in Comments, one person's name will be randomly chosen to receive the book: The EatingWell Diet: The University-Tested VTrim Weight-Loss Program. And the first week of June, all of the questions will be answered in a guest blog by VTrim staffers! : ) Sooo cool!
One of the girls in my 12-week online class lost 20 lbs. in 10 weeks BEFORE joining the class by following this book alone! That tells you how great a book it is and how incredible the Vtrim plan is! So ask those questions friends - they don't have to be questions just about Vtrim and can be general questions about weight loss, exercise, and following "diets" in general. (My question my 1st week was "carbs vs fats"... which is better to reduce?)
And don't forget this piece of information - Vtrim is a non-profit organization thru the University of Vermont. They're not trying to make money off of their participants... they've worked for 20 years doing research on what works to lose weight and stay healthy and they want to help us get fit and healthy for LIFE!! Woohooo! : )
Can't wait to see your questions! You're going to LOVE the book! : )

I can't get past those nighttime with the TV cravings. What can I munch on that won't add on the pounds

I've lost 18 pounds and would like to lose 10 more, but I've hit a plateau. Does vtrim have any advice for getting over the plateau and reaching the next goal?!?
you have a great blog! I just found you by accident. I'm blogging my fitness as well but for different reasons. I have always worked out and am within a healthy weight, but four years ago, I was diagnosed with RA and liver disease and nothing works best for the pain than working out, ironically enough. I will add you to my blog list!
I have such a hard time dealing with stress eating! I crave junk, junk, and more junk. Is there anything I can do to rid myself of these cravings once and for all?
I love your blog! I found you through another weight loss blog. I am also your newest follower. Visit me if you'd like at www.fatnutritionwriter.com. I'm so interested in Vtrim now. I'll also check you out on Twitter as @healthyolga.
I've met my weight-loss goal, and now want to focus on maintenance. I know I need to up my daily calorie intake, but I'm so afraid of putting back on the pounds that I'm still sticking with my old calorie goal. Any suggestions???
How does the Vtrim program address emotional eating problems? Is there any one-on-one?
I really need to look in to this program! slso - lust love your little cartoon logo!
I seem to really crave simple carbs. Is there any way to help deal with this??
Wow, great! Keep your questions coming. We are looking forward to giving you the answers you need and so far I have an answer for all of you! Beth from Vtrim
I just found your blog through another blog & just have to say, "Way to go!"
My question is, how do you break out of a plateau, especially when you're struggling with being peri-menopausal?
I've been on a weight loss journey for a little over 2 years now & lost about 60 pounds, most of it in the first year. This last year, I've been maintaining, but I'm only about half way to my goal weight & just can't seem to lose anymore :(
Welcome to all the new followers & thanks for joining in! :) Great questions!! :)
Benita, I'll be interested in that answer, too, as I'm right there with you and all I can say is OY!! lol Congrats on your awesome weight loss!

I've plateaued and can't seem to get past it, any ideas? Plus, I get bored of eating the same foods - what are some creative/different ways to get protein?
I am getting the vegetarian blues! i am bored with my food choices, and don't really want to load up on the tofu and processed fake meats... I guess my question is, as a vegetarian, what should I be shooting for in terms of protein intake per day, if I am aiming for 12-1600 calories a day, 20-30 fat grams? Is there anything I should be looking out for, as I begin to fiddle with my diet?
I have lost 113 lbs and kept it off for three years... I have fallen in love with fitness and nutrtion.. What would I neeed to study or major in to pursue a job in this field and to teach others...
What do you do when "I want to eat everything in the fridge" strikes. I've been running for my workouts, and sometimes I just get the HUNGRIES!
