I officially declare that September is my "New Year"!
The season changes. School starts again. And I have New Year resolutions...
- My intent for the month of September is to exercise 4x a week and walk 3x a week a mile or more.
- My intent is to be in the 220s by October 1st.
So there you have my September intent and goal which I will achieve. (That's my Power of Positive Thinking in action by saying I *will* achieve my goals! lol)
