Last mo...oh my I think you were talking about me... Last month I fell and had a concussion, I got in a car accident, I finally ran my tough mudder then decided I "deserved" time off. Well I have not been back to the gym since... life has gotten in the way ugh! So my commitment is gym 3 days a week and walk the dog 4 days a week. The dog walk is 3 miles long so I am good!
